Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

For preorder items:

• Estimated dispatch time: 2–3 weeks
• Each piece is produced in limited quantities

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

Disclaimer: Good about 2 weeks to reach the uk

• UK Shipping: 2–4 working days
• International Shipping: 5–10 working days

Please note that shipping times may vary during busy periods.

Tracking number will be issued after your order is sent out by the delivery service

All orders include tracking information, which will be sent via email once dispatched.

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• In original condition and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Preorder items (unless faulty)
• Limited edition pieces (unless faulty)

Due to the nature of our drops, we cannot guarantee replacements.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 working days for processing

Faulty Items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
